You can feel motivated if you write down how many days or times you can follow this habit in a week. Write down your small steps achieve the goal and stick to it. You will love the outcome.

2. Focus on Mindful and Slow Eating 

Our brain takes around twenty minutes to make you feel you are full. Just imagine what will happen if you keep eating mindlessly. You will eat more than your body requires. 

Hence, you can eat slowly and focus on your food and quantity. You can take half an hour minimum to finish your food. You can write down how many times a week you will follow this habit. 

3. Limit Yourself to One Serving

As a result, you can avoid unhealthy snacks and food. You can make it measurable by counting the times each week. For example, you can have brown rice three times during your lunch a week.
